Questions & Answers

Can two pets board together?

Yes, same species, same family, and they get along. They can share a run at a discounted rate. We can separate at feeding time if needed. Cats and dogs cannot share a space at this time.

Can we bring belongings from home?

Yes. Washable bedding, treats, and food are welcome. Label everything with a permanent marker. No rawhides. Personal items left at your own risk. Limit toys to 1-2.

What if my dog won't relieve themselves?

No problem. We monitor throughout the day and take them out for a quick potty break at no extra charge if needed.

Do you give tours?

Yes, Monday through Saturday, 8am to 2pm. We ask that pets wait in the office to keep our boarding guests calm and stress-free.

Will my pet board with other families?

No. We only board families together. Exceptions require both families to agree in advance.

Do you administer medications?

Yes, free of charge. Keep meds in a labeled separate baggie or original plastic bottle, never mixed with food.

What if my pet gets sick?

During regular vet hours, we contact your vet. After hours or in an emergency, we transport to Animal Emergency on White Spruce Boulevard, 24-hour service.

What forms of payment do you accept?

Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover, debit, travelers checks, local personal checks, and cash. All payments due at checkout.

What if I can't arrive during office hours?

Call us and we'll try to help, but we cannot accommodate regular drop-offs or pick-ups outside operating hours.

Will my pet just be left in a kennel?

No. Every attendant spends personal time with each pet daily. Pets scheduled for exercise receive even more one-on-one interaction.

Do we have to bring our own food?

No. Dave's Delicate Dinner is $1.00 per feeding. But we strongly recommend bringing your own food pre-packaged per meal to avoid stomach upset.
