$50 cancellation fee for reservations cancelled with less than 48 hours notice.
No-shows require a $50 deposit before booking future reservations.
Extended stay discount begins night 15. Only one discount per visit.
Balance due in full at checkout. Reservation changes must be communicated at least 48 hours before drop-off. If your pet requires medical attention, the owner is liable for treatment and transportation costs.
Strongly recommended to bring your pet's own food to avoid stomach upset. Package per meal in labeled, sealed zip-lock bags. Dave's Delicate Dinner available for $1.00/feeding. Do not mix medications into food bags.
Medications must be in a labeled separate baggie or the original plastic bottle. Staff administers at no charge.
We supply bedding, blankets, towels, and bowls. Personal items at your own risk. Limit toys to 1-2. No rawhides. Label all items with your pet's name.
